2023: Actor Okey Bakassi Declares Support for Peter Obi

A Nollywood actor and a comedian, Okey McAnthony, popularly called Okey Bakassi, has announced is support for the Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Okey Bakassi made the declaration on his Twitter page on Monday and also made a sarcastic prayer for President Muhammadu Buhari and the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, and that of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

He said if Obi wins the election and he is sworn-in as President, ‘old men’ like Buhari, Tinubu and Atiku will stop travelling abroad for medical treatment.
He also said by the time Obi fixes the country, Atiku will relocate to Nigeria from Dubai.

“I don’t want Atiku or Tinubu to fail, I just want Nigeria to succeed. I will support and vote for Peter Obi to fix Nigeria, in their very old age, Buhari and Tinubu won’t be going to London for medical treatment and Atiku won’t live in Dubai.”
