Maria Ude Nwachi warns Mercy Chinwo and her husband about unnecessary social media shows

Maria Ude Nwachi, a lawmaker representing Afikpo North-East in the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, has issued a stern warning to gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed.

 This warning is a result of when the gospel singer flaunted a brand new car gift she was graciously given by her husband for her birthday earlier this week.

Pastor Blessed had surprised Mercy Chinwo with an SUV as a birthday gift and a happy and obviously excited Mercy Chinwo showed the gift on social media and said to her fans to thank him on her behalf;

This is an act that did not sit well with Maria Ude Nwachi. She made her point, as she was not pleased with their act of gifting and signs of love.

Airing her distaste with the act on Facebook, the lawmaker scolded Mercy Chinwo for their “unnecessary show off”
