The Sequel to “Girls Trip” will Feature the Original Cast and Take Place in Ghana

The star-studded cast of “Girls Trip” will return for a sequel, but this time they’ll take all the fun, drama, and love to Ghana.

Queen Latifah, Regina Hall, Jada Pinkett Smith, and Tiffany Haddish were among the original cast members.

“It’s officially happening,” co-screenwriter Tracy Oliver said at the Sundance Film Festival, according to Variety.

That is something I can say… No one else is aware of this, and Will Packer may kill me, but we intend to set it in Ghana.”
