Simi has voiced her dissatisfaction with a number of the occurrences that were noted during the 2023 Presidential and National Assembly elections that were held over the weekend.
Regardless of the political party they favour, Simi stated in a tweet that everyone should strive for fairness and a free and fair election.
The singer also mentioned that there were thugs and people were disenfranchised while asking how anyone could support an election that was “blatantly corrupt.”
