Evelyn Miller, an Australian woman in her 30s who was born with two vaginas, rose to fame on OnlyFans after admitting that she uses one of her organs for her husband and the other for business.

According to the New York Post, Miller was first identified as having uterus didelphys in 2011 after a gynaecologist at the Women and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide, Australia, noted a bodily anomaly during a checkup.
She disclosed her uncommon condition in an interview with South West News Service, stating that she was unable to have sex with her partner for an extended period of time due to his manhood “hitting a wall.”
