The music producer claimed in a recent interview that Omah Lay was in the original tune.
However, according to Pheelz, he removed the singer’s verse because of “some threats I received.”
The producer claimed he talked to the singer about removing Omah Lay from the song after noticing that Omah Lay was also releasing a tune on the same day as “Finesse.”
Pheelz claims that Omah Lay granted his request and instructed him to make the song public.
“The original ‘Finesse’ was Pheelz, Benson, and Omah Lay, yes, that was the final track,” he affirmed.
