Seventeen Grants totalling $30,000 will be given to 17 finalists to help them create initiatives that dispel misconceptions about African entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship.
From the $30,000 pot, each storyteller will receive between $500 and $2,000 each.
From 3,600 entries, the finalists were chosen, representing 12 African nations, with 60% female and 40% male representation.
The finalists will collaborate with Africa No Filter on the film, visual arts, journalism, and digital content creation projects they submitted.
