An actress from Nollywood has cautioned screenwriters and her coworkers not to let the major actors take over a movie.

On her Instagram page, Ruth Kadiri begged the screenwriters to reduce the major actors’ roles and give other cast members more importance in a film.

According to the mother of two girls, Nollywood screenwriters like giving the lead actor or actress 98% of a movie role, a practice that accomplishes nothing to improve the film industry.

The supporting casts, according to Ruth Kadiri, would be less significant and the lead casts should be accompanied by a variety of themes to raise the other casts.
