Williams Ifejika, commonly known as BLord, a cryptocurrency tycoon and businessman, recently expressed his shock at the price Davido had linked to an endorsement arrangement.
BLord shared information about his encounter with the well-known singer on his social media pages.
BLord disclosed in his post that he had contacted Davido about a potential one-year sponsorship arrangement for his app.

He received an email from Davido’s management team revealing the startling sum of $5 million for the endorsement, but instead of a favorable reaction or a reasonable negotiation over the terms, he did not get either.
The cryptocurrency investor and his team were shocked by the astronomical price, as they had only planned to spend $250,000 on the sponsorship, or about N150 million in local currency. BLord was shocked and dissatisfied by the high price.
As an alternative, he sought public input on whom to sign for $250,000.
