Davido Makes History, Launches New Course at Ugandan University
In a groundbreaking move, Nigerian music superstar Davido has become the first musician to launch a new course at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda.

The course, titled ‘The Business of Music’, will be offered through the university’s Faculty of Music and Arts and will cover a wide range of topics related to the music industry, including artist management, marketing, and business strategies.
In a grand ceremony held at the university, Davido was honoured with a special award featuring his name ‘Davido’ prominently inscribed on it.
The launch of the course is seen as a testament to Davido’s influence and standing as one of Africa’s most successful artists
