According to Emilio Garcia, the incident—which took place on the Spanish vacation island of Ibiza—was a component of a harassment campaign that also included fat-shaming him.
Ron Zambrano, Garcia’s attorney, stated that Emilio “should never have been put in a position to have to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman.”

Garcia is requesting punitive and unspecified compensatory damages.
Zambrano stated, “Megan just needs to stop this kind of fat-shaming and sexual harassment, pay our client what he’s due, and own up to her behaviour.”
