A Nigerian lawyer has urged famed highlife musician Gentleman Mike Ejeagha to sue skit producer Brain Jotter for using his song to make millions of naira while providing only N2 million as compensation.
This arose after the spoof creator began looking for the highlife singer after seeing a viral skit incorporating his song from 2010.

Taking to the X platform, the legal practitioner identified only as Nupe Lawyer emphasised the implications of Copyright Infringement.
According to him, Mike Ejeagha would make more money suing Brain Jotter than obtaining a token of N2 million naira in compensation.
“I hope the man has a good lawyer???? you can’t use someone’s song for content raking millions and offer to give the man “2million” as if you are helping the man????♂️,” he wrote.
