Ibrahim Chatta, a veteran Nollywood actor, has touched many hearts by telling how he funded his massive film village project in Oyo State.

Chatta revealed that he spent N1.4 billion on the project without borrowing any funds.

In a recent video, Chatta revealed that he made money during COVID-19 by working with his coworker, Tayo Sobola, throughout the lockdown.

The movie celebrity stated that he had never done shoutouts before but began when he needed extra money. He said that each scream out earned him N300,000, and that many people were requesting for them at the moment.

In the video, he explained that he had no finances before beginning the endeavour, but he thought it was God’s timing.

He claimed to have promised God that he would have trust, and God delivered on his promise. He also stated that he owns land in another location but lacks the finances to complete building there.

He had built up to the Lintel level on one of his properties and was praying to God for the funds to finish it.

In the video, the actor expressed thankfulness to God, stating that help arrived when many actors were forgotten.

The actor also stated that he did not consider himself superior to his co-stars in terms of acting abilities.
