Chidimma Onwe Adetshina, a South African-born Nigerian model, is still a topic of conversation weeks after being removed from the Miss South Africa beauty competition.

It is worth noting that one of the key reasons for Chidimma’s disqualification was her alleged involvement in an identity theft case.

The South African Department of Home Affairs has identified the person whose identity was allegedly stolen by Chidimma Adetshina’s mother.

According to the investigation, Adetshina’s mother’s efforts prevented the victim of this identity theft from registering her child.

Following the identification and confirmation of the identity theft victim, the Department of Home Affairs has begun legal proceedings to cancel the former Miss South Africa contestant’s citizenship. According to Africa’s Fact Zone, the results and essential details about Chidimma Adetshina’s predicament have been submitted to the South African parliament.

It has been verified that Chidimma’s identity document would be revoked while conversations over her citizenship are ongoing.
