Here We Go: Manchester United Officially Reach Agreement With PSG To Sign Manuel Ugarte
English Premier League giants, Manchester United have officially reacted agreement with French side, Paris Saint Germain (PSG) to sign Uruguayan midfielder, Manuel Ugarte after weeks of prolonged negotiation.
The news of the agreement was made known by Italian football journslist Fabrizio Romano, on his official Facebook page earlier this morning.
