Johnny Drille, a Nigerian R&B singer, has released a new tune titled Lover.
The lyrical audio, which features Nigerian rapper and singer Phyno, is the artiste’s latest song, following the release of a performance video for his previous hit How Are You (My Friend)? two weeks ago

Drille first announced the single’s release on his Twitter account last Tuesday, with a video of himself and Phyno practicing the song in what looked to be a minimally furnished living room, before releasing the lyrical audio version on Wednesday.
Drille serenades a newfound love interest in the song, detailing the feelings she evokes in him and expressing his desire to have her as the full woman in his life. Drille’s soothing lyrics, which merge English and Pidgin, are delivered in a falsetto that puts the listener in a good mood.
Phyno hypes the prospective lover with compliments and her unique place in his life in his known distinctive rap style and phrases.
