Daniels, also a film producer, recently posted advice on her Instagram page urging movie producers and celebrities to reject child labour and preserve the security of the business.

“I met a 14-year-old girl who was working on a movie set under a young man who claimed to be a makeup artist and was dressed in a short skirt and a crop top. She moved to Lagos last year from Port Harcourt, where her parents live.
“She sleeps in different hotel rooms with whoever agrees to accommodate her every night and is unwilling to return to her parents. This girl told me that she is here to learn but trust me, I know the industry and it is not a safe place for young girls,” she stated.
