He stated that he purchased a BMW for N900,000 in 2004, before well-known Afrobeats artists such as P-Square and D’banj had their own vehicles.
Ruggedman stated that at the time, other artists, particularly those with Kennis Music, received automobiles for work but did not own them individually.
He emphasised his innovative marketing methods, claiming that he was the first young artist to create posters and calendars.
